Tours Packages Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 7 days before the date of travel.
• For Issuance of the Flight Tickets, we require Full Payment of Airfare.
• Non- Refundable Services in the tour package have to be paid in full at the time of Booking.
• Payment Policy is non-negotiable and has to be paid accordingly.
• When the cancellation is requested within 45 days or less from the date of booking, 40% of the total invoice amount will be deducted. However, this deduction is subject to the refund policies of the hotel/accommodation and activities included in your package. If your tour package includes non-refundable hotel or accommodation charges, those amounts will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, 40% of the remaining refundable amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
• If the cancellation is requested within 30 days or less from the date of booking, 60% of the total invoice amount will be deducted. However, this deduction is subject to the refund policies of the hotel/accommodation and activities included in your package. If your tour package includes non-refundable hotel or accommodation charges, those amounts will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, 60% of the remaining refundable amount will be deducted, and 40% will be refunded to you.
• When the cancellation is requested within 15 days or less from the date of booking, the booking amount will be under cancellation, non – refundable amount.
• Flight cancellation charges will be as per the airline's policy. Travel agencies will not be held responsible for such changes.
• In Case of no – show, 100% of the total deposited amount will be forfeited.
• Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.
• For Dynamic properties and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and could vary.

Important Note : The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel date, the package and the services booked and paid for.

Visa Refund Policy

Visa approval is solely under the jurisdiction of UAE Immigration Officials Onlinedubaivisa.com cannot be held liable if your visa application is rejected.

The visa application fee is non-refundable in case it gets rejected by the immigration department.

If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund but this will only be applicable if your passport and other supporting documents were received by Onlinedubaivisa.com and have already been submitted by Onlinedubaivisa.com for processing at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund, however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund deducting $35 processing charge from the total amount. No refunds will be given for applications that have already been processed.

You may cancel by calling our service lines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onlinedubaivisa.com cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 40 days old under any circumstances. In such cases Onlinedubaivisa.com may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through Onlinedubaivisa.com. Credit cannot be transferred or cash redeemed.

No refunds will be made for processed, rejected or approved applications.
